Directions:
- Bring the broth to a boil and add the orzo.
- Cook until the orzo is tender.
- Take the soup off of the element.
- Add the lemon juice to the eggs and beat well.
- Take a ladel full of the broth and add to the egg/lemon
mixture whilst beating well.
- Take care the eggs don't curdle, If they do, add an ice cube.
- Slowly stir the egg/lemon mix into the soup.
- Add your chopped parsley and a little salt and pepper.
- You could also make this with a vegetable broth.
- If you make your own chicken broth, add some of the chicken
meat.
